No Longer Bound (NLB) is a 501(c)3 grassroots community-based prevention services organization, which began as a volunteer organization in 1985 called Minority Communities Coordinating Council.
- 1991-NLB became a funded prevention agency offering programs and alternative activities, free, to the low-income community
- 1993-NLB incorporated
